Pocheon Pet Star

The 2026 Pocheon Pet Star in Art Valley is a participatory pet culture festival where pet owners and citizens can enjoy and communicate together. Set against the backdrop of Pocheon Art Valley, where beautiful natural scenery harmonizes with art, the festival features a variety of participatory programs, including "Mung Possible" (a challenge with dogs), "Art Valley Healing Forest Trekking" (walking with dogs), Dog Pilates, the Dog Olympics, and a Pet Etiquette Golden Bell quiz. Additionally, through a dog playground, various experience booths, cultural performances, and events, the festival creates a special venue for both pet owners and non-pet owners to enjoy. The purpose of this festival is to provide special memories and joy that offer a break from daily life through various activities with dogs, while simultaneously promoting a proper understanding of companion animals, raising awareness of the importance of a responsible pet culture, and spreading the values of respect for life and animal welfare. Furthermore, by providing opportunities for pet owners and non-pet owners to empathize and communicate with each other, the festival aims to raise positive perceptions of companion animals and contribute to the establishment of a mature pet culture where humans and animals coexist harmoniously.
