Jukbyeon Port Seafood Festival

The Jukbyeon Port Seafood Festival is Uljin-gun's representative festival, held from November 6 to November 8 in the area surrounding Jukbyeon Port. Centered on the theme of Uljin's fresh seafood, the festival features a variety of hands-on activities, performances, and auction programs. Key programs include bare-handed live fish catching, seafood dismantling shows, mulhoe (raw fish soup) performances, and marine craft workshops. Park Seo-jin, Park Hyun-bin, and Park Ju-hee will perform at the opening ceremony. During the festival, fishing boat parades set against the backdrop of Uljin's sea and live seafood auctions will take place, offering an abundance of sights and foods. Additionally, various booths will be operated, allowing visitors to find local seafood and specialties all in one place. This festival serves as a venue for harmony where local fishermen and tourists mingle, aiming to promote the excellence of seafood from Uljin's Jukbyeon Port and revitalize the local economy.
