Sancheong Herbal Medicine Festival

This is Korea's representative medicinal herb festival, marking its 25th anniversary. Based on the medicinal herb resources of the pristine Jirisan region and the novel *Donguibogam*, and utilizing history, culture, and natural conditions to the fullest—such as the establishment of the nation's first Korean medicine-themed tourist site in 2001—it is an industrial-type festival that promotes the excellence of Sancheong herbal medicine and links it with wellness and anti-aging industries, which are of utmost interest to modern people. Activities prepared include the Sancheong Herbal Pharmacy Experience, "My Body's Remedy Experience," and Wellness Health Tour, where visitors can directly experience the efficacy of Sancheong's excellent herbs.
