Jinan Red Ginseng Festival

The Red Ginseng Festival is held every autumn in the northern area of Maisan Mountain in Jinan, South Korea's only Red Ginseng Special Zone. It is a popular festival where visitors can taste high-quality, trustworthy red ginseng and various foods made with it. For children unfamiliar with red ginseng, fun red ginseng-themed programs are prepared, including red ginseng-related experiences, Jinan Red Ginseng Bingo!, Red Ginseng Power Zone, Red Ginseng BBQ, and outdoor red ginseng foot baths. In addition, there are plenty of attractions such as traditional performances and a Trot Festival, and visitors can purchase reliable, high-quality red ginseng products certified by the Jinan County Governor at prices lower than market rates.
