Jeongnamjin Jangheung Water Festival

The Jeongnamjin Jangheung Water Festival is one of the representative summer festivals selected as a 2025 Cultural Tourism Designated Festival by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Based on pristine water resources such as the clear waters of the Tamjin River and the Jangheung Dam Lake, all programs are connected under the theme of "Water = Health, Healing" in Jangheung. The diverse programs, continuing day and night, allow people of all ages to escape the midsummer heat and daily routines. As it is being developed into a global festival through business agreements and exchanges with the organizing committees of Thailand's Songkran Festival and Italy's Venice Carnival, the Jeongnamjin Jangheung Water Festival serves as the best choice for a summer vacation.
