Hwaseong City's representative festival, the Hwaseong Boat Festival, is the largest marine culture festival in the metropolitan area where you can experience riding a yacht/boat. All experiences that can be enjoyed by boat are held from day to night. From sailing yachts and powerboats to marine cable cars, the 'Wind Messenger Dance Performance', a passionate dance performance by citizens against the backdrop of the West Sea, to the shallow sea cruise across Jeongok Port and Jebu Island, and the Pungryu Troupe's sailing across land and sea, there are various marine concept experience programs that represent the boat festival, as well as things to see and related/side events such as popular singer performances, plogging, poisoning experience, and water non-motorized equipment.
